Just an almost unknown catalan county 15 years ago, El Priorat has become today a new Tuscany or Burgundy thanks to it’s cult and expensive wines.

Wine connoisseurs, slow food lovers, nature trekkers, or simply those wishing to rediscover the meaning of the words «Peaceful living» are being more and more attracted by the charmful villages and properties of El Priorat.

Few weeks ago, a classic event took place in some villages of El Priorat: another of the county’s treasures, the olive oil, was presented in society. Every year, at the starting of the yearly production of this much appreciated liquid gold, all producer villages organize a fair that becomes the perfect excuse for enjoying Priorat’s charms.
